This problem actually already exist since the first time I moved to the new hosting service. Since 8 months/after I moved the hosting of this blog, I don’t receive any email from any person who comment on blog post. Even I don’t receive any comment in moderation by email and also from anyone who use my Contact Form. I should check comment moderation manually by login to the wp-admin and checking it manually. Due to I don’t have time to investigate this problem, I am not checking or asking this problem to the hosting service. Yeaah… I should ask this long time ago.

I am using Gmail Hosted. I don’t have any problem on my email, I can send and receive using that email, but when I input my iqbalir.com domain at admin of blog email and on my Contact Form, I don’t receive any email. Seems like the server don’t know how to route my email. I’m try to use this feature “Email Delivery Route” on my Cpanel, and this is what I got.

So that’s why I don’t get the email. So for those of you my visitor who try to contact me using my contact form for last 8 months, I actually not get any of your emails. I am so sorry for this, It’s not because I am not answering any of your email but actually I don’t get any of your email.

A problem ticket already submitted yesterday to the hosting service, but now it still problem. They are still investigating this problem. I hope this will fixed soon.

Update:
It’s already solved now. Everything back to normal.
